Condition: Products must be:
- Unopened, in their original packaging, and unused.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products.
Items purchased on sale or marked as “final sale.”

Steps to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email us at info@peakathletes24.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Wait for a confirmation email with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Ship the Product: Send the product back to the address provided using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Products
