A delicious breakfast made with oats, dates, and cinnamon. ½ serving (14 g) Herbalife Protein Drink Mix
1 serving (7 g) Herbalife Multifibre
350 g rolled oats
200 ml water
30 g dates, chopped
Pinch of salt
A good pinch of cinnamon, include an extra pinch for garnish
A dash of maple syrup, to serve
Sliced banana and handful of berries, to serve
Place the oats in a small saucepan with the water, a pinch of salt and the chopped dates.
Bring to boil, then turn down the heat, cover and simmer for about 10-15 minutes until the oats are tender.
Add in the cinnamon, Protein Drink Mix and Multifibre.
Serve in a deep bowl, garnish with extra cinnamon, banana slices, berries, and maple syrup.
