Quick and easy to make, these indulgent chocolate fondants are prepared with Herbalife24® Rebuild Strength for a chocolatey protein boost. 1 serving (50 g) Herbalife24® Rebuild Strength
1 egg
2 egg whites
2 teaspoons icing sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons low-fat yoghurt, to serve
80 g fresh berries, to serve
Preheat the oven to 180° C (160° C Fan).
Grease 3 dariole moulds or ramekins.
Sift all the dry ingredients into a large bowl.
Add the egg and egg whites. Whisk all the ingredients together to form a stiff batter.
Spoon equal amounts of batter into each mould.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until almost set, they are nice when still gooey in the centre.
Allow to cool for 2 minutes before turning out onto serving plates.
Serve warm and garnish with yoghurt and berries.
