Ingredients (8 portions)

96 g (4 servings) Protein Bake Mix

104 g (4 servings) Formula 1 Healthy Meal Banana Cream

140 ml semi-skimmed milk

100 g reduced fat spread

1 (95 g) banana

1 egg

2 tbsp coconut sugar

500 g/1 lb non-stick silicon loaf tin

    Preheat the oven at 150°C.

    In a large bowl, mix the Protein Bake Mix, Formula 1 Healthy Meal Banana Cream, milk, and spread.

    Halve the banana and cut one half into thin slices and set aside.

    Mash the remaining half and add to the bowl.

    Stir in the coconut sugar and transfer the mixture to the tin.

    Smooth the top down with a flat knife to make sure the mixture fills the tin.

    Place the reserved banana slices on top of the cake.

    Bake for 45-55 minutes until browned and the centre is cooked through.

    Test by inserting a toothpick into the centre; it should come out clean if cooked through.
