Ingredients (2 portions)

1 serving (26 g) Formula 1 Healthy Meal Vanilla Cream

1 serving (24 g) Protein Bake Mix

100 ml semi-skimmed milk

1 medium egg

2 egg whites

30 g oat flour

Instructions

    Whisk the eggs in a medium bowl, then add the milk.

    Incorporate the rest of the ingredients and whisk to a smooth batter.

    Set aside for 15 mins to rest if you have time or start cooking straight away.
